Pharmacy Profession Stands at Threshold to Play Bigger Role in Healthcare

“This is where technology has played a key role. It has been a good investment for pharmacy. And there are other investments that need to come. Technology has done a lot, and I think it can do a lot more. If you’re going to make changes in the way pharmacy operates and move it to a higher level, you’ve got to give pharmacists the time and the peace of mind to cope with their workload and know that the basic filling functions are being handled properly.”
