With nearly 30 years at ScriptPro, Bill Thomas has been a driving force behind the company’s remarkable growth and operational success. Since joining ScriptPro in 1996, he has held key leadership roles, including production manager, and director and vice president of manufacturing. He currently serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Bill’s responsibilities span a wide range of operational areas, including warehouse management, materials management, manufacturing, repairs, and customer service. He oversees multiple functions within the company, including contract administration, facilities management, human resources, benefits management, customer care, training, installation, field service, software development, and engineering.

Under his leadership, ScriptPro has grown from a small team of fewer than 10 employees to a robust organization of more than 800 employees, with revenue increasing from less than $10 million to more than $100 million. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been pivotal in shaping ScriptPro into a leader in health care technology and services.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Colorado College in 1992. His deep commitment to operational excellence and growth continues to drive ScriptPro’s success, making him a key player in the company’s ongoing expansion.
