Derek Cunningham
Vice President, Security and Chief Information Security Officer
Derek joined ScriptPro in 2008 as our Data Project Manager. In his current role, he leads all security operations for ScriptPro. Derek shared, "I love helping customers improve their security posture and I love my team and everything we do together to improve security." When Derek isn't leading our security efforts, he can be found spending time with his wife doing anything from dining at a new restaurant to cheering on our local sports teams, specifically KU, Chiefs, and Sporting KC, as well as spending time with his dogs, Cali and Kaci.
Joi Franklin
Master Quality Assurance Technician
Joi is a member of our Manufacturing department where she works closely with other ScriptPro departments to confirm that we have the correct parts, form and fit, and more. Joi's favorite benefit at ScriptPro are the events we host for employees and their families. "My two daughters love the Farm Party for the entertainment and prizes, and I enjoy the Christmas party, because I enjoy reconnecting with my fellow coworkers that I do not get to see every day. I also enjoy participating in our volunteer program, Community Connection, and helping in our community."
Sophia Stump
Talent Specialist
Sophia joined ScriptPro in 2023 as part of our Human Resources Team as Talent Recruiter. In her role, she manages job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling to ensure we attract top talent. “I thrive on the variety and impact of my work, from strategizing with leadership to welcoming new employees. My mission is to find the right fit for both the candidate and our organization while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved. Seeing our team grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding.”
Ryan Humston
Senior Manager, Project Management
Ryan joined ScriptPro in 1999 as the company’s second project manager. In his role, he oversees all project managers, leading teams across automation, workflow, and pharmacy solutions to coordinate installations, upgrades, and new products. Ryan is motivated by supporting his team through challenges and building strong relationships across departments to improve the customer experience. Outside of work, he enjoys ScriptPro employee events, volunteering through Community Connection, and running. An accomplished marathon runner, Ryan has completed the Boston, Chicago, and New York Marathons and volunteers as a marathon pacer to help others reach their goals.
Dave Hickman II
Manager, Quality Assurance
In his role, Dave splits his time between two worlds. This includes coordinating testing the software and hardware of new sites while they are here on campus. Also, Dave builds business intelligence reports to provide company insight into our development progress, costs and Customer Service success. When Dave isn't coordinating the testing of our hardware and software on customers’ equipment, he can be found volunteering with his family. "My wife and I are heavily engaged in supporting the houseless community of Kansas City. We spend 20-30 hours a week volunteering as Directors of A Turning Point collecting donations, serving food and providing kindness to the under-privileged folks in our neighborhoods."
Sarah Forshee
Industry Liaison, Pharmacy Data Solutions
Sarah joined ScriptPro in 2016 as a member of the Industry Affairs team. "I manage our pharmaceutical company accounts, support the pharmacist group, and attend trade shows to meet with companies and learn about industry trends." Sarah's favorite benefit is the Fitness Center. "I love that you can work out on your own or take a variety of classes. All the instructors are motivating. It’s convenient to pop over and work out during the day."
Abel Solis
Applications Systems Analyst I
Abel started with ScriptPro in 1999 in our Inventory Department. As a Spanish speaker, Abel later moved to our Customer Service department to serve our customers who speak Spanish. In Customer Service, Abel supports our customers over the phone with routine questions about ScriptPro Robotics. “We are here 24/7 ready to help customers on any issues, such as logging onto their system, running reports, and troubleshooting issues to keep them running smoothly throughout the day.” When asked what motivates Abel, he shared, “I like helping customers solve their problems and getting their systems back up and running as soon as possible.”
Desiree Hernandez-Andalikiewicz
Pharmacy Client Services Coordinator
Desiree started at ScriptPro in 2020 as part of our Third-Party Management System (TPMS) team. Her role is to assist new clients when they are installing TPMS. One of Desiree’s favorite benefits is access to Vitality. ScriptPro has partnered with Vitality for a few years and the website provides education on ways to live a healthy lifestyle as well as awards employee points when completing healthy actions such as daily exercise, routine preventative doctor visits, and progress on goals. Vitality points allow for staff to save money on monthly healthcare insurance premiums for themselves and their families.
Sidney Malone
Manager, Manufacturing Repairs
Sidney joined ScriptPro in 2016 as a member of the manufacturing repairs department. "I manage a team responsible for producing and repairing hardware assemblies while providing after-hours support to meet the needs of the customer. "When asked what motivates him in his role, Sidney shared, "My favorite aspect of what I do is the opportunity to work with a myriad of departments to ensure the needs of the customer are met. I enjoy being a part of that process; collaborating with other individuals/departments to ensure our customers receive what they need when they need it."
