CRS 75 for Narcotics Vaults for Safety and Accuracy
ScriptPro’s Compact Robotic System (CRS 75) is perfectly suited for use in narcotics vaults, with its small 7 sq. ft. footprint and lockable robotics cabinet. It contains up to 75 dispensing cells and fills, labels, and delivers up to 150 vials per hour.
CRS 75 dispenses tablets and capsules of all shapes and sizes and uses barcode scanning throughout the process for accuracy and quality control.
Utilizing CRS 75 in your narcotics vault provides the following benefits:
- Robotics cabinet secured by manual door lock, or optional Electronic Door Locks (EDLs), Locking Cell Column (LCC), and/or Reinforced Doors
- Counts the prescription, which assists with the triple count requirement, and automatically applies a prescription label that includes a line drawing, drug description, and auxiliary warnings
- Tracks the date and time each prescription was filled, as well as who filled and verified it
- Requires operators to authenticate (PIN/ID badge, Username and Password, or Smart Card) for prescription verification, drug cell replenishment, and other tasks performed in the system
- Offers numerous reports to assist with managing inventory, setting low quantity warnings, analyzing staff utilization, and performing cycle counts
- Supports customizable low quantity warnings to keep the cell quantity as low as possible before cycle counts and ensure enough stock is available to fill prescriptions; drugs appear on a reorder list once the cell quantity drops below the low quantity warning
Harness the power of CRS 75 to bring improved accuracy, efficiency, and security to your narcotics vault operations.
