MP 100: Medication Pouch Packaging System
ScriptPro’s medication pouch packaging solution fills the need for adherence packaging while delivering on our brand promise customers have come to expect – superior technology, white glove installation, and award-winning customer service.
MP 100 is a proven and reliable single- and multi-dose medication pouch packaging system. The system fills pouches from 100 medication packaging cassettes stored within the packager, plus an auxiliary MP Tray Management Station (TMS) your staff prepares through an integrated control system. Additional cassettes can be stored outside of the packager, enabling an operator to substitute cassettes as needed. Therefore, there is no limit to the number of medications that can be managed and packaged using MP 100.
The system generates up to 54 pouches per minute (3,240 pouches per hour) with easy-to-read dosing instructions on each pouch. MP 100 packages medications with an accuracy rate of 99.8%, a result of precision engineering and ScriptPro’s custom cassette calibration. Each cassette is calibrated by ScriptPro to eliminate guesswork and ensure cassette dispensing accuracy.
Intuitive, user-friendly software streamlines inventory replenishment with minimal downtime, and integrated barcode technology ensures accuracy. The system includes ScriptPro’s industry-leading Drug Database featuring approximately 327,000+ up to date medication profiles. The MP 100 Medication Pouch Packaging Control Module integrates with ScriptPro’s Workflow and Pharmacy Management System software as well as non- ScriptPro systems.
Each patient’s pouch package regimen can be dispensed in a Medication Dispensing Box (pictured below). The system produces a customized box label including your pharmacy logo to capture labeling requirements in an organized and easy-to-read format to drive compliance.
