MDM represents medication detection at its best – ScriptPro’s Medication Detection Machine (MDM) utilizes state- of-the-art verification technology to analyze medication pouches produced by MP 100/MP 400. It detects and verifies pouches at the patient level, and those warranting further review are quickly and accurately flagged.

• LED guidance ensures accurate placement of medications within each 66-slot capacity MP Tray (Medication Pouch Packaging Tray).
• RFID tracking allows trays to efficiently be filled at any time prior to routing to your MP 100/MP 400 and ensures the right tray is presented for pouch packaging for the right patient.

Post-Packaging Winder

• A fully automated winder that winds rolls of pouches directly from your MP 100/MP 400.
• It adjusts its winding speed to match the output of the packaging machine, making the batch roll immediately ready for further processing.

Pre-Inspection Unwinder

• Holds rolls of pouches ready to feed into your MDM and is a useful component in the medication staging workflow.
• Available as a tabletop unit or floor stand.

Post-Inspection Winder

• Creates rolls of pouches as they are processed by your MDM. Easy to use and maneuver, it is controlled by a simple foot pedal to regulate speed.

MDC Repair Station Camera

• Check Points – Requires a repaired pouch to be reviewed by two users before a patient roll can be further processed.
• Identity Check – Requires a user to periodically review a checked pouch against cassette output.
• Advanced Search – Supports advanced search criteria, such as searching for and viewing patient or location data for rolls that were processed in different batches.
• Pill Combination Risk – Allows users to flag medication combinations for further review.

MDC Extended Statistics Module
