Staff technicians are available toll-free 24 hours a day, 365
days a year for personalized technical support and operational
guidance. Customer Service can connect via modem with ScriptPro
systems anywhere in the world to assist with trouble-shooting,
on-the-spot training and problem solving. Automated updates of
software and drug database are included in the support package.
All parts, labor and out-of-pocket expenses are covered under
the terms of the contract.
