Shindler’s Drug Store is located in a coastal town in Oregon. The store runs with a staff of one pharmacist and two to three technicians. According to the owner, Steve Wilson, the staff was “uncomfortable” because they kept a hectic pace all day long and had little time to talk with customers. Steve needed more time in the day to provide the friendly service that kept his customers coming back to his store.
