Overview of the Refilling Process

SP 200 medication cells and/or vial dispensers can be refilled prior to regular daily operation (evening after hours or morning before hours) or on an "as needed" basis. During operation the operator is automatically prompted to fill an empty cell or vial dispenser when it is needed to fill a script. The operator may prefer to refill low or empty cells or vial dispensers prior to daily operation to avoid interruptions during peak script filling times.

1) Remove cell to refill from the cabinet by lifting the cell up and out of its cabinet location.

2) Scan the barcoded cell location label (barcode verified).

3) Scan the barcode on the stock bottle.

5) Replace the cell.

Replace the Cell

ScriptPro makes initial cell filling and changing out drugs just as easy! Onsite cell calibration allows the operator to switch to a different drug in just minutes. Valuable time and money is saved in not having to send a cell back to the manufacturer for recalibrating or changing from one drug to another.
